  • All works will be posted on AO3.

  • You must be 18+ to participate.

  • All fics submitted must include VHope as endgame, whether that is platonically, romantically, or some other way. Yes, poly ships are ok. Side ships are also fine, but please tag them in the "other tags" category on AO3.

  • All prompts and works must be original. Please contact the mods if there is any suspicion of plagiarism and we will investigate.

  • We will reach out via Twitter DM to remind you of the deadline and ask if there is anything we can help with, but there will be no formal check in.

  • Chaptered fics and WIPs are allowed, as long as they are new stories. We do not accept continuations of already existing works.

  • Cross posting is allowed if the other fest or bingo allows it.

  • We'd love it if you were to tag us when you post snippets of your work. Just make sure that you don't reveal your prompt!

  • We know that real life comes first! If you need an extension or to drop out, that's fine. It's like that sometimes. Just please let us know by completing the Submission, extension, or drop form.

  • The mods have zero tolerance for any hate directed towards anyone participating or interacting with this fest.

There are things we will not accept in works submitted for this fest. Absolutely no:

  • rape/noncon

  • bestiality

  • pedophilia

  • grooming

  • underage

  • cis-male pregnancy

  • incest

Dead dove, morally ambiguous, MCD-- it's all fine, as long as it's not on that listANDAll works submitted must be tagged properly. All of the mods are in agreement that if a work is not properly tagged, we will not add the fic to the collection until that has been resolved. To quote Mod 🌻 "Tag your shit."
We ask that side-ships not be tagged in the relationship box, though you are more than welcome to add side-ships to the Additional Tags section.

Prompting

  • Prompting is open from July 28 through August 28 (Midnight KST)

  • There is a limit of 20 prompts per prompter.

  • Please respect the writers. These are prompts, not commissions. If your prompt is too specific or if a writer has questions, we will try to reach out to you.

  • There will be self prompts added by the mods once prompting is closed.

  • If you would like to prompt but do not have an AO3 account, you can complete the prompting form and a mod will add your prompt for you.

  • Absolutely NO top/bottom dynamics will be allowed in prompts.

Claiming

  • Claiming is open from 1400 KST August 28 through midnight KST December 30.

  • You do not need to submit a prompt in order to claim one.

  • There will be self prompts added by the mods once prompting is closed.

  • You may claim one (1) prompt and one (1) self-prompt at a time. If you finish both before the deadline, you may claim one more.

  • Please respect the prompter . If you have questions about a prompt, reach out and we will try to get clarification for you.

  • We're trying to make claiming just a tiny bit easier. To claim a prompt, simply go to the prompt sheet. When you find the prompt you want, click on the link in step one to go right to the prompt on AO3 so that you can claim it, then go back to the sheet and click the link in step 2 to go to the claim form and finish claiming. It will prefill the prompt info for you, so all you have to do is double check that the prompt text is correct and provide your contact info. Once you've submitted that form, you're all set!

Submissions

  • Check your work to ensure that it is properly tagged. Remember that all cw/tw must be tagged before your work can be added to the collection.

  • Fulfill your claim on AO3.

  • Complete the Submission, Extension, and Drop form.

  • Keep an eye on your Statistics page. We will leave a kudo once your work has been added to the collection.
